Thank you for your order!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please notify me within three (3) days from the date of receipt of purchase and item(s) will be replaced.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return and replacement of item(s); Please include a check for $5.50 for replacement items to be mailed back to you. Item(s) must be received by Carole's Zig-Zag no later than ten (10) days from the date of notification and should be in the same condition as when they were purchased. (Product can only be returned once due to incorrect size so please measure your pet's neck carefully before reordering.)
I make all items as they are ordered. Please order holiday items with as much advance notice as possible to ensure on-time arrival.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders $10.00 and under are shipped First Class Mail, which can take up to 7 business days.
Orders $10.01 - $60.00 are shipped Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days. Orders $60.01 + are free shipping!!
I will notify you via phone or email when your package is mailed and also include your tracking number, so please include your phone number and email address. If items are being picked up, I will not hold for longer than thirty (30) days from date of purchase, so please make sure you pick them up within the 30 day time period. Money will not be refunded.
